Depending on what thickness of mats you want as jigsaw mats range in thickness from 14mm upwards with the edging coming free. There are a few companies on ebay selling these at very reasonable prices. There also a few companies that sell mats on as used product( normally only used once or twice)as some of these companies rent out mats as well. 14mm mats are very basic but ok for wrestling, (no throws) 25mm thick mats are ideal for wrestling with throws as long as there is say old carpet under neath to act as additional padding. 50mmm are judo grade mats and suitable for all types of wrestling and judo, competition thickness grade. these can still be picked up on ebay at very reasonable prices as either used product or new.
Try www.matsmatsmats.com (in the US). The prices seem reasonable, although I have not purchased them. Maybe someone else has had experience with them.

The other option is just email some suppliers from a Google search, thats how I got my first set of mats at a decent price too.
