Never too late to start learning!
I'm sure it'll be a good club if there is no ego, welcoming anyone new no matter how old they are.
Every spar would have something to learn from and sooner or later you'd be at their level.
At least go to one of their sample sessions to get a sense of how it'll be.

Hi everyone,
I never practiced wrestling at gym so I decided to sign in in a local gym in my area.
I'm 43 yo and noticed the average age of the members at gym is around 20!
My doubt: a 40yo newbie can profitability train with an average trained 20 yo guy? Is this the right club for me?

Started bjj and submission/catch wrestling at 43. Yes you can mate! And not only that but show those 20yo what's possible!

I started in BJJ at 62. Won in a practice match against a 23 year old college student so, depending on how the club operates, yes.
