I find very hot "2 vs 1" wrestling matches… my favorite is one heavy muscular alpha male vs 2 lightweight guys. I love both, either if the big guy is able to win and own the two guys or the 2 other guys are able to win and see how the big alpha male is humiliate… although my favorite is the first one… and yours? 😉
I haven’t had experience just yet...
I’ve always thought how 1 person (maybe i volunteer?.) fighting or wrestling two other people trying not to tire out and doninating them. Lol
I like your idea of two smaller guys trying to conquer 1 bigger guy in a match.
Depends on whether the goal of the 2 on 1 is an "unfair" one-sided beatdown, or a challenge for a solo wrestler where given some minor handicap advantages he might be able to triumph if he's good enough. So either the "extra" rules would be to increase the "unfair" aspect of a beatdown, or to limit the two guys just enough to make victory by the solo wrestler possible.
For the latter situation (although admittedly not really a rule) I think the most common is a heavyweight v. two lightweights. Itʼs not impossible for the heavyweight guy to get the victory, although itʼs very challenging.

What are your favorite 2 on 1 rules or ways to make the match interesting?
